Jeff Wigdahl, a fellow Rotarian, shared information about the materials mined by National Lime and Stone. He shared a virtual tour of the mining process at the Carey plant and the sand and gravel operation in southern Ohio. The types of stone and their applications are vast. If it can’t be grown, it has to be mined! Very interesting start to the day!
