Sarah Clevidence, Director of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, shared information about how the library is funded. She also shared circulation numbers. Youth are actually still driven toward actual print over digital books.
In addition to the main library, they have a branch in Arlington, the Bookmobile and digital offerings. 865 programs were offered in 2023. Various programs are offered throughout the year.
The Community Read book is Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly. Activities related to the book and the eclipse are planned.
