Rene Gabriel, Public Relations Coordinator from Mission Possible, shared information about their mission, working in Haiti since 1979 and the Dominican Republic since the early 1980’s. With the current unrest and no government, it is a challenge to provide assistance.

She also shared some background on the Haitians coming into our community and what we can do. Educate them on our community and culture. Equip yourself by asking questions to appropriate and informed people. And have compassion.
