Process for consideration
- The most appropriate committee will review the project, gathering additional information if needed. The committee recommends approval or denial to the board.
- Flag City Morning Rotary board reviews recommendation.
- If the board agrees with the recommendation, the committee chair presents the project to the general membership for a vote. If the general membership votes in favor of the project, a chairperson of the project will be recruited. The project chairperson will initiate the coordinate the project.
