Ashley Bell from CASA-GAL

Ashley Bell from CASA-GAL shared information about the services they provide. Hancock County’s program was established in the 1980’s by Judge Davis. They are currently under the Juvenile Court, however they still do fundraising and outreach through Friends of CASA. CASA volunteers advocate for children who are going through the court process. They visit with the child, attend all court proceedings related to that child, keep the court informed and recommend services. Advocates then monitor case plans and court orders.
